Bella is the owner and chef whose last restaurant was in Los Angeles (12 yrs).  Living in La Paz for many years now her happy place is in her kitchen and at  »BELLA» which is located at 522 Madero right across from Aramburo with the Cow.  Bella’s products are prepared the old fashioned way.  No short cuts,  NO Nitrates, NO Preservatives. NO additives and nothing processed.  Organics are used and sold whenever available.
